The right candidate will already be established in the required skills, be in a lead management role or be ready to take on that responsibility. Applicants must be highly organised, be an excellent communicator with proven experience and a history of delivering complex projects. Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, our team are passionate about helping Farmers and Landowners achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead-on and deliver Higher Tier Project Applications
- Apply a PMO approach and further refine processes
- Working closely with Directors and Client Managers to maximise desired outcomes
Requirements
- Degree level education, or equivalent experience, with a minimum 4 to 5 years in both Project and Land Management
- Possess strong team management and leadership skills
- Be passionate about the countryside, working with Farmers and Landowners, to build an understanding of what drives this essential industry.
This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will work from our office near Bourton on the Water, Gloucestershire and be required to live within 40 minutes driving time.
